Here's a gorgeous deep navy blue velvet 1950s glam hat if there ever was one! The base is velvet with decorative balls on either side, attached netting and matching hat pin. It is in excellent condition, labeled "Siegel's of Buffalo, An Original Brandt New York". This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
